First Time Using:

The default setting of this product is: sensitivity sensor level 6 , vibration level 3 , electric shock (abbreviation :E-Shock) level 0. If you don't need the E-Shock to be activated, you don't need to make any settings. Fully charge the battery before using the first time. In standby mode, touch the button M to view the charge level (more details please see page 9 Battery Power).


Product wearing time is recommended no more than 12 hours/day. For pets ranging from 5kg-50kg (11lbs~110lbs) and neck circumference up to 62cm (25in). Not suitable for dogs less than 5kg (11|bs) or younger than 6 months. Children should not play with this product. Keep it away from children. When the power is turned on, the human body should not directly touch the E-Shock terminal.

Lookingpets is following the PayPal’s Purchase Protection program, which entitles you to reimbursement for the full purchase price of the item plus the original shipping costs you paid when applicable. PayPal determines, in its sole discretion, whether your claim qualifies for the Purchase Protection program. PayPal’s original determination is considered final, but you may be able to file an appeal of the decision with PayPal if you have new or compelling information not available at the time of the original determination or you believe there was an error in the decision-making process.

IMPORTANT: You may be required to return the item to our inventory. PayPal’s Purchase Protection program does not entitle you to reimbursement for the return shipping costs that you may incur.

PayPal’s Purchase Protection program may apply when you encounter these specific problems with a transaction like, you didn’t receive your item from a seller (referred to as an “Item Not Received” claim), or you received an item, but the item isn’t what you ordered (referred to as a “Significantly Not as Described” claim).


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
